Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Email Ditlevsen1006@gmail.com from your registered email address. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I create or join a squad?

Open the Squad tab. Tap Create squad to start one and share the invite code with your friends, or tap Join with code to enter someone else's code.

Why is the lineup incomplete?

Festiva imports lineups from official festival sources. If a festival has not yet published full set times, only confirmed artists will appear. We update as soon as official information is released.

My push notifications don't work.

Check your device's notification permissions for Festiva in iOS or Android settings. If they're enabled and notifications still don't arrive, email us with your device model and OS version.

How do I switch festivals?

From your festival's main screen, tap the festival name at the top to open the picker. Festiva supports multiple festivals; switch as often as you like.

Sign in with Apple gave me an error.

This is usually a temporary Apple-side issue. Try again, or sign in with email and password instead. If the problem persists, email us with the exact error message.

I'm a festival organiser — can I get my festival listed?

Yes — email Ditlevsen1006@gmail.com with the festival name, dates, and a link to your official lineup page.
